London Borough of Ealing Council has appointed 21 providers to a framework for supported accommodation and semi-independent living services for young people.
The framework, established with the West London Alliance and other local authorities, covers services across the 32 London councils, Surrey and Buckinghamshire under Region 1.
The framework includes supported accommodation for young people aged 16 and 17 provided by Ofsted-registered providers, alongside semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 18 and over from providers that are not Ofsted registered, as well as floating support.

The contract is valued at an estimated £300 million excluding VAT and is expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2030, with possible extensions to 1 April 2034.
A total of 178 tenders were received, with 21 assessed at the final stage and all 21 suppliers appointed. Of those appointed, 20 are SMEs.
The framework operates under the light touch regime and is designed as a flexible framework which will reopen at least twice annually, although the frequency of openings may be changed based on requirements.
The award decision was made on 18 August 2026.
