Worcestershire County Council
Torbay Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of its Live Longer Better programme, a healthy ageing and prevention service focused on Torbay residents aged 50 and above.

The Council has also retained flexibility within the contract to adapt the service in response to changing local needs, funding arrangements, legislation, guidance and wider public health priorities.
Potential changes may include an increase in the number of people accessing the programme or an expansion of its geographical footprint arising from Local Government Reform.
The contract may also be adapted to incorporate other relevant services, respond to changes in Public Health funding, address evolving service user needs or reflect findings from future service evaluations.
Any changes will be considered individually, with associated financial adjustments agreed between the Council and the successful provider.
